DSV: Cancellation of the Record Date for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 59/CV-HĐQT dated 4th May 2023 of Vinhphu Railway Joint Stock Company (securities code: DSV) on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date (16th May 2023) for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 1335/TB-VSD dated 26th April 2023 by VSD
Reason: due to sending the incorrect notice of finalizing the list of shareholders for the Extraordinary general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
