SGS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no.59C/TB-SSC dated 12th May 2023 of Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company (securities code: SGS) regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders on the record date: 28th March 2023 in accordance with Notice 30/TB-SSC dated 9th March 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository- Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 28th March 2023 in accordance with Notice 542/TB-CNVSD dated 15th March 2023 by CNVSD.
Reason: The company cancels the list of holders according to the decision of Board of Directors.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
