Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 11.5% - Shareholders are entitled to 115 new shares for every 1000 shares they own (of which: 2021 dividend is 5%, 2022 dividend is 6.5%)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of additional issuance shares to pay dividends in 2021 and 2022  distributed to shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed by the Board of Directors.
- Example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 1.950 shares is entitled to receive 224,25 shares (1.950 x 11,5/100) = 224,25. According to the principle of rounding, A will receive 224 shares and 0.25 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Nam Mekong Group Joint Stock Company's head office, level 11, Geleximco building, no. 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi city. ID cards and Power of Attorney (if any) have to be presented

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 4th July 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
