Pursuant to the document no.90/DKQN-HĐQT dated 4th August 2023 of PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 7th August 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 2028/TB-VSD dated 25th July 2023 by VSD.
Reason: PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company needs more time to review and evaluate the content of postal ballot about the cancellation of the status of a public company and the cancellation of transaction registration for PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
