+ For Head Office: VSDC started its operation under the new name and seal from 10^th  August 2023. According to Clause 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 26/2022/QD-TTg dated 16^th December 2022, VSDC takes over all rights and responsibilities of Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD). Therefore, this change will not affect relationships, transactions, civil obligations as well as performance of contracts previously signed with other parties.
+ For VSDC's Branch in Ho Chi Minh City: The Branch will continue to use the current seal and tax identification number in working relationships, contracts and transactions with agencies, organizations, partners until the Certificate of Branch Operation Registration and  new seal are .
