Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

Redemption of all OCB12106 bonds before maturity according to the Conditions and Terms in the Bond Information Proclamation of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank issued on 13/12/2021 (bond code: OCB12106) and Resolution No. 21/2021 /NQ-HĐQT dated 16/04/2021 of the Board of Directors approved the scheme on  2021 private placement of non-convertible bonds, without covered warrants of OCB.
- Number of securities to be redeemed: 500 bonds,  equal to face value of 500,000,000,000 VND
- Execution rate: redeem all bonds
- Redemption price of each OCB12105 bond = Bond face value + Bond interest from 15/12/2022 inclusive to 15/12/2023 exclusive (full interest calculation period) = 1,000,000,000 + (1,000,000,000 x 3.2%) = 1,032,000,000 VND
- Payment date: 15/12/2023.
Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank will exercise the right to redeem all bonds before maturity at the redepmtion date of 15/12/2023. Bondholders must sell all of their bonds back to the issuer
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited: The bondholder sends the redemption application including the original Certificate of bond ownership to the address: Market and Investment Operations Department, Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank, 6th Floor, The Hallmark Building (Tower A, Lot 1-13, Functional Area No. 1 - Thu Thiem New Urban Area), 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, Quarter 3, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, City. Ho Chi Minh.
Deadline for submitting documents by 17.00 pm, 14/12/2023. The holders receive money from the bond selling on 15/12/2023 through transfer to the account that the holder has registered with Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 11/12/2023.
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
