REE: Cancellation of the Record date for Corporate Actions Processing

Pursuant to the notice no. 23/CĐL.2024 dated 06/02/2024 of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation on the Notice no. 19/CĐL.2024 dated 31/012024 for cancelling the list of shareholders for annual general meeting of 2023 fiscal year and 2023 advance payment of cash dividend, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as following:
Cancel the record date: 01/03/2024 for annual general meeting of 2023 fiscal year and 2023 advance payment of cash dividend accordance with Notice no. 142/TB-CNVSDC dated 01/02/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: at the request of the issuer
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
