Number of bonds expected to be paid by the issuer: 300,000 bonds, equivalent to face value of 300,000,000,000 VND 
Payment rate: 100% (bond principal payment at maturity date).
2. Payment of bond interest
- Interest rate: 13.5%/year
- Payment rate: 11,466 VND per bond
Bond interest = 1,000,000 VND x 13.5% * 31/ 365 days, rounded to 3 dp
The actual bond interest received by bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5 then the fractional part will be removed).
The bondholder will receive 1,011,466 VND/bond, which the principal is 1,000,000 VND/bond and interest is 11,466 VND/bond. .

+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bond interest via bank transfer to the accounts registered with Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company from 05/04/2024
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 29/03/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
