GAS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.19/TB-KVN dated 11/04/2024 of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date 26/04/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 821/TB-CNVSDC dated 09/04/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: the Company changes the record date for 2024 Annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
Cancelling the record date 26/04/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 821/TB-CNVSDC dated 09/04/2024 by VSDC.
