Reason: Shares of Quang Binh Import And Export Joint Stock Company are delisted from HOSE in accordance with Decision no.209/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 10/4/2024 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange. However, the Company still meets requirements of a public company who has to register for trading on UPCOM in accordance with provisions in Article 133 of Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government.
