RIC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

According to the document no.20240405/TB-RIC dated 05/04/2024 of Royal International Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on (the record date: 27/03/2024) in accordance with Notice no. 1078/TB-VSDC dated 06/03/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: The Board of Directors decided to extend the meeting date of 2024 Annual General Meeting to 28/06/2024 to finalize issues submitted to the general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on (the record date: 27/03/2024) in accordance with Notice no. 1078/TB-VSDC dated 06/03/2024 by VSDC.
