Pursuant to the notice no.0658/POS-HCNS dated 24/04/2024 of PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, the record date: 25/03/2024 in accordance with the Notice no.586/TB-CNVSDC dated 08/03/2024 by VSDC's Hochiminh Branch.
Reason: the Issuer has not well prepared the Annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, the record date: 25/03/2024 in accordance with the Notice no.586/TB-CNVSDC dated 08/03/2024 by VSDC's Hochiminh Branch.
