Pursuant to the document no. 171/PTSCDV-TCHC dated 15/05/2024 of Dinh Vu Petroleum Services Port JSC on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, record date: 26/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1222/TB-VSDC dated 12/03/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: the Company has not finalized the meeting materials of 2024 Annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, record date: 26/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 1222/TB-VSDC dated 12/03/2024 by VSDC.
