Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Interest rate: 10.5%/year
- Payment rate: 
+ 26,465.753 VND/bond
+ Bond interest is calculated according to formula: 1,000,000 VNd x 10.5%/year x 92 days/365 days, rounded to 3 dp.
- The actual receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first dp is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first dp is less than 5 then it will be removed))
- Payment date: 25/06/2024
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose bonds have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will have the bond interest at Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation from 25/06/2024 via bank transferred to accounts registered.
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 19/06/2024.
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
