- On 04/10/2024, VSDC will finalize the list of  LBC share owners to cancel registration.
Members are requested to cooperate with VSDC to implement the following tasks:
- From 03/10/2024, VSDC will not accept lodging, withdrawal and ownership transfer of  LBC shares. DMs are kindly request to inform investors accordingly.
- On 07/10/2024, VSDC will create and send the list of  LBC deposited share owners (report code CA001) to DMs in the electronic form.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare share holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 08/10/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed for VSDC to send the list of shareholders to issuer. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
- From 10/10/2024, the securities code LBC, ISIN VN000000LBC5 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of  LBC shares. VSDC will automatically withdraw all deposited LBC shares on the valid date of registration cancellation. Members are requested to withdraw  LBC shares from investors' accounts on 10/10/2024 and inform relevant investors to contact the Issuer to make procedures of issuing Passbook/Certificate of share ownership.
