The floating interest rate applied to the bond principal (“Interest Rate”) will be determined according to the regulations below: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 1.3%/year. In case the Issuer does not repurchase, the bond interest rate applied for the 6th and 7th year interest periods is as follows: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 2.0%/year. “Reference interest rate” is the average interest rate on personal savings deposits in Vietnam Dong (interest paid later, at the end of the term) for a term of 12 months (or equivalent) announced at the date of interest rate determination by the Bank. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (applies to Transaction Center Branch), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (applies to Transaction Center 1), Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (applies to Ha Branch Noi) and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (applicable to Transaction Office Branch) (each of these banks is referred to as the “Reference Bank”). For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to four decimal places.
