GMC: Transferring registration, depository data of GMC shares from HOSE to UPCOM
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for GMC shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:
- Total number of registered securities: 33,000,259 shares
- Total value of registered securities: VND 330,002,590,000
From 04/02/2025, VSDC's Branch will transfer data of registration and depository of GMC shares from HOSE to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of Garmex SaiGon Corporation are mandatorily delisted in accordance with Decision no.748/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 30/12/2024 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange but still meet conditions of a public company and have to be registered for trading on UPCOM in accordance with Article 133, Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.
