Announcement of Settlement-off Schedule in 2025

- Pursuant to the Labor Code No. 45/2019/QH14 dated November 20, 2019 of the National Assembly;
- Pursuant to Notice No. 6150/TB-BLDTBXH dated December 3, 2024 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
- According to Document no.3193/UBCK-PTTT dated May 31, 2023 by the State Securities Commision on off-trading schedule in 2025;
Vietnam Securities Depository and clearing Corporation (VSDC ) would like to announce the off-settlement schedule in 2025 as follows:
For the working-compensation day on Saturday, April 26, 2025, VSDC will not implement clearing and settlement of securities transactions but will still make payments for interest/principal of debt instruments.
This notice replaces notice No. 1714/TB-VSD dated June 6, 2023.
VSDC is pleased to announce to depository members, clearing members and direct account holders for notifying investors accordingly.

Vietnam Securities Depository and clearing Corporation (VSDC ) would like to announce the off-settlement schedule in 2025 as follows:

| New Year Holiday | Wednesday, 1st January 2025 |
| Lunar New Year Holiday | From Monday, 27th January 2025 (28th December 2024 Lunar calendar) to Friday, 31st January 2025 (the 3th day of Lunar calendar) as stipulated by Labour Code |
| Hung Kings' Commemoration Day (10th March - Lunar calendar); | Monday. 7th April 2025 |
| Liberation Day (30th April) and International Labour Day (1st May) | From Wednesday, 30th April 2025 to Friday 2nd May 2025 |
| National Day of 2nd September | Monday, 1st September 2025 and Tuesday, 2nd September 2025 (1 preceding day) |
