- On 27/02/2025, VSDC will finalize the list of  D17 shareholders to cancel registration.
Depository Members (DMs) are requested to implement the following tasks:
+ From 27/02/2025, VSDC will cease providing depository, withdrawal and transfer of ownership of D17 securities. DMs is requested to inform investors of this notice.
+ On 28/02/2025, VSDC will create and send the list of D17 deposited shareholders to DMs in the electronic form (report code: CA001). 
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare share holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors to VSDC for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 03/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC to be accurate and confirmed for VSDC to send the list of shareholders to issuer. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
- From 05/03/2025, the securities code D17, ISIN VN000000D174 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of  D17 shares. VSDC will cancel all deposited D17 shares on the valid date of registration cancellation. Members are requested to cancel D17 shares from investors' accounts on 05/03/2025 and inform relevant investors to contact the securities registering institution to make procedures of issuing Passbook/Certificate of share ownership.
