Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeing time: Tentatively in 04/2025 (The specific meeting time will be notified to Shareholders by Century Land Joint Stock Company in the Meeting Invitation)
- Meeting venue: In Hanoi (The specific meeting location will be notified to Shareholders by Century Land Joint Stock Company in the Meeting Invitation)
- Meeting content:
+ Report on the activities of the Board of Directors in 2024 and the operation plan in 2025;
+ Report of the Board of Directors on the business situation in 2024 and the business plan in 2025;
+ Report of the Audit Committee in 2024 and the plan for 2025;
+ Approval of the audited financial statements in 2024;
+ Approval of the profit distribution plan in 2024;
+ Approval of the selection of an independent auditor in 2025;
+ Other contents under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to email thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn of VSDC). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 28/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
