Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: 21/04/2025
- Planned meeting venue: Van Long Hotel, 801 Tran Phu road, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh Province
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of the Program and Working Regulation of the general meeting at 2025 annual general meeting;
+ Approval of the Company's business performance report for the  2020-2025 period and the direction and tasks for 2025-2030 period;
+ Approval of report on 2024 business performance and investment report; 2025 plan;
+ Approval of report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on the 4th term (2020-2025) activities and 5th term(2025-2030) directions
+ Approval of 2024 public report on audited financial targets and 2024 profit distribution plan;
+ Approval of  report on 2024 salary, remuneration for the BOD, the Supervisory Board (SB), the Management Board  and 2025 plan;
+ Approval of report by the SB on appraising the Company's 2024 audited financial statements;
+ Approval of the performance report of the SB for 4th term (2020-2025);
+ Approval of proposal for selecting an auditing company for 2025 financial statements;
+ Election members of the BOD and SB for term V (2025-2030);
+ Other arising issues (if any) within the authority of the General Meeting in accordance with prevailing laws and the Company's charter.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 25/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
