Pursuant to the document no. 02TB/VNECO3-HĐQT dated 14/03/2025 of Vneco 3 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 1st Extraordinary General Meeting,  Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders of VE3 shares for 2025 1st Extraordinary General Meeting, the record date: 10/02/2025 in accordance with Notice no.174/TB-VSDC dated 15/01/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: VNECO3 has not completed organization of 2025 1st extraordinary general meeting as planned because at the beginning of the year, the Company's Executive Board was busy with many tasks at construction sites, resolving the existing problems of key projects, so it has not been able to arrange time for the meeting. Therefore, the list of securities owners finalized on 10/02/2025 of VNECO3 is no longer appropriate.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited VE3 shares at DMs
