TAN: Cancellation of the Record date for 2025 Extraordinary general meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 03/2025/CV-TAN dated 27/03/2025 of Thuan An Coffee Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2025 Extraordinary general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 31/03/2025 for 2025 Extraordinary general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 667/TB-CNVSDC dated 20/03/2025by VSDC's branch.
Reason: the securities registering institution needs more time to prepare better preparation for the organization of 2025 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the TAN shares at DMs.
