TNH: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for attending 2025 Annual General Meeting

On 01/4/2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document no. 306/CV-QTNB dated 31/03/2025 from TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company (TNH) regarding the cancellation of the List of securities owners exercising the right to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). VSDC would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting on the record date of 18/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no. 786/TB-VSDC dated 28/2/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: The Company delays the 2025 Annual General Meeting (scheduled to be held on 18/4/2025) and postpones 2025 Annual General Meeting to the end of June 2025.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
