VSDC issued business guidelines for launching KRX information technology system at VSDC

On 16/04/2025, the Board of Directors of VSDC issued the following decisions:
1. Decision no.25/QĐ-HĐTV attached with the Guideline on settlement of Government debt instruments, Government-guaranteed bonds issued by the Policy bank and Municipal bonds at VSDC
2. Decision no.26/QĐ-HĐTV attached with the Guideline on securities clearing and settlement of derivatives at VSDC
3. Decision no.27/QĐ-HĐTV attached with the Guideline on Derivatives clearing member at VSDC
4. Decision no.28/QĐ-HĐTV attached with the Guideline on management and usage of the Clearing fund for derivatives at VSDC
These decisions take effect from the date the KRX Information Technology System "Designing, procuring and installing with technology transfer - A complete solution for IT system of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange" is officially operated.
