VJC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for corporate action processing

Pursuant to the document no. 16-25/VJC-CBTT dated 17/04/2025 of VIETJET Aviation Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 26/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.866/TB-VSDC dated 04/03/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: The company need more time to prepare 2025 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited VJC shares at DMs
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 26/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.866/TB-VSDC dated 04/03/2025 by VSDC.
