ORS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for corporate action processing

Pursuant to the document no.276/2025/TPS-CV ngày 16/04/2025 of Tien Phong Securities Corporation regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 05/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.176/TB-CNVSDC dated 12/02/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: The Company changed the plan and time of 2025 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited ORS shares at DMs
