Pursuant to the notice no.24/CTCPNS-HĐQT dated 25/04/2025 of Thai Nguyen Water Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting, the record date: 26/03/2025 in accordance with the Notice no.939/TB-VSDC dated 06/03/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Change the time to hold the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting from 26/04/2025 to the end of June 2025.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting, the record date: 26/03/2025 in accordance with the Notice no.939/TB-VSDC dated 06/03/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Change the time to hold the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting from 26/04/2025 to the end of June 2025.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
