Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation issued the Guideline on securities depository activities, the Guideline on securities borrowing and lending activities and the Guideline on depository members at VSDC

On 29/04/2025, the Board of Directors of VSDC issued the following decisions:
1. Decision no.34/QĐ-HĐTV attached with the Guideline on securities depository activities at VSDC
2. Decision no. 35/QĐ-HĐTV attached with the Guideline on securities borrowing and lending activities at VSDC
3. Decision no. 36/QĐ-HĐTV attached with the Guideline on depository members at VSDC
These decisions take effect from the date the KRX Information Technology System "Designing, procuring and installing with technology transfer - A complete solution for IT system of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange" is officially operated.
