Pursuant to the notice no.21/FOMECO dated 29/04/2025 of Pho Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting, the record date: 28/03/2025 in accordance with the Notice no.1183/TB-VSDC dated 14/03/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: At the request of Pho Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
