Pursuant to the document no. 0766/TB-CNNB-TCHC dated 05/06/2025 of NHA BE WATER SUPPLY JOINT STOCK COMPANY regarding cancellation of the list of securities holders for corporate action processing for 2025 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
cancellation of the list of securities holders for corporate action processing for 2025 Annual general meeting, the record date of 20/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.438/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd March 2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The securities registering insstitution has changed the time of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
