- Planned quantity of issued shares: 36.440.000 shares
- Issue price: 10,000 VND/share
- Execution rate: 2:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 2 new shares for every right)
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ Principle of rounding: The number of shares each shareholder is entitled to purchase will be rounded down to the whole number according to the rounding down principle.
- For example: On the record date for shareholders to exercise their rights, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 135 shares. At that time, shareholder Nguyen Van A will be entitled to purchase newly issued shares corresponding to 135*1/2 = 67.5 shares, rounded down to 67 shares.
+ Plan for handling fractional shares and shares not fully purchased:
+ The remaining undistributed shares are the remaining shares due to existing shareholders refusing to buy part or all of the shares in the offering. The General Meeting assigns the Board of Directors to continue offering these remaining shares and the fractional shares arising from rounding down to other investors with offering conditions no more favorable than the conditions for offering to existing shareholders (including the offering price not being lower than the selling price for existing shareholders) to ensure the issuance of all the shares offered.
+ The remaining undistributed shares due to existing shareholders refusing to buy and the odd shares arising from rounding down, after being redistributed, will be restricted from transfer for 01 year from the end date of the offering.
+ The handling of remaining shares will in line with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 and ensure other conditions as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 195 of the Law on Enterprises and other relevant provisions of current law.
+ In case the deadline for distributing shares expires according to the provisions of law (including the extended period, if any), if there are still undistributed shares, these undistributed shares will be cancelled and the Board of Directors will decide to end the offering.
₋     Regulations on  right transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 02/06/2025 to 20/06/2025.
+ Purchase rights can be transferred one time. The right to purchase shares is allowed to be divided into small parts for transfer to different investors according to the agreement between the two parties.
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 02/06/2025 to 02/07/2025
+ Shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at HaNoi Plastics Joint Stock Company (Address: Group 12, Phuc Loi Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi City).
