Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 05/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at ACB SECURITIES COMPANY Ltd on working days from 05/06/2025. ID cards/passports have to be presented.
b. Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 100:15 for common shares (Shareholders are entitled to 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own);

- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of shares additionally issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be allocated to the Trade Union of ACB, serving as the source of bonus shares for ACB employees.
- For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 95 shares is entitled to receive 14.25 shares ((95*0.15) = 14.25). According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 14 shares. The 0.25 fractional shares will be allocated to the Trade Union of ACB, serving as the source of bonus share for ACB employees
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at ACBS . ID cards/passports have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
