Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

Execution rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares that they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed
- Example: On record date, Shareholder A who owns 123 shares are entitled to receive 12.3 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 12 new shares, the 0.3 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation, Cau Giat industrial complex, Chuyen Ngoai commune, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province. ID cards  have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
