HQN12101: Belated transfer of 16th period payment of bond interest
On May 13, 2025, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document No. 44/CV-HTQN/2025 dated May 8, 2025 from Hung Thinh Quy Nhon Entertainment Services Joint Stock Company (Hung Thinh Quy Nhon Company) regarding the belated transfer of 16th period payment of bond interest - code HQN12101 (last record date: April 22, 2025, the payment date: May 12, 2025), VSDC would like to announce as follows:
Hung Thinh Quy Nhon Company will transfer bond interest to VSDC on May 23, 2025. Based on the actual transfer time of Hung Thinh Quy Nhon Company, VSDC will transfer bond interest to Members to make payment to investors.
Reason: The unfavorable situation in the financial market and real estate trading market have resulted in Hung Thinh Quy Nhon Company not being able to arrange funds to make timely payments.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the HQN12101 bonds at DMs.
