Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 20/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting-Finance Department of Visicons Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Level 5, 29T2 building, Hoang Dao Thuy Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi on weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 20/06/2025. ID cards, valid power of attorney (in case of authorization) have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 12% (Shareholders are entitled to 12 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 1,256 shares is entitled to receive 1,256*12/100 = 150.72 shares. According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 150 shares and the 0.72 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company, Level 5, 29T2 building, Hoang Dao Thuy street, Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
