Bond interest rate for each interest period: Reference interest rate + 1.8%/year. The reference interest rate is determined in accordance with the bond conditions specified in the Bond Information Disclosure dated 16/11/2023 (*) (*) The reference interest rate is calculated as the average of money interest rates. Personal savings deposits in regular VND, with interest postpaid, for a term of 12 months (or equivalent) are publicly listed on the electronic information page ("website") on the date of interest rate determination by 4 following banks: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (each of these banks is called reference bank). For clarity, if not an integer, the reference interest rate will be rounded to two decimal places. For the first interest payment period, the interest rate determination date is the last working day of the month immediately preceding the issuance date. For the next interest payment period, the interest rate determination date is the last working day of the month preceding the first day of that interest payment period.
