Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2024 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 2%/share (VND 200 per share)
- Payment time: 08/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Development Investment Construction Number 2 Joint Stock Company on working days from 08/07/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 100:3 (Shareholders are entitled to 3 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of additionally issued shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 99 shares is entitled to receive 2.97 shares. According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 2 shares. The 0.97 fractional shares will be removed. Shareholder B who owns 66 shares is entitled to receive 1.98 shares. According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 1 share. The 0.98 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Office of Development Investment Construction Number 2 Joint Stock Company. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
