+ Time to send notice of exercising the right to run for election and nominate shareholders: Expected on 12/06/2025
+ Time to receive application documents: Expected on 25/06/2025
- Executive venue: The Hallmark Building, No. 15 Tran Bach Dang, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Executive content: Exercise the right to run for election, nominate candidates to be elected as members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term (OCB will notify details to shareholders).
