Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 10:1 (shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares:
+ Principle of rouding: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number
+ Principle of handling fractional shares (The difference between the expected number to be issued and the actual number of shares issued): the fractional shares will be distributed to the Trade Union as treasury shares to Company's employees. The Trade Union is not required to make payment for those fractional shares.
For example, on record date, shareholder A who owns 205 shares is entitled to receive 205*10% = 20.5 new shares. According to rounding principle and handling fractional shares, shareholder will receive 20 shares, the 0.5 fractional shares will be distributed to the Union. 
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive the stock dividend at Company's head office, Level 1~8, Viet Dragon building, 141 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city from 8:30 am ~ 4:00 pm on working days (except public holidays). ID cards, passbooks, introduction letter (for institutions), valid power of attornery certified by local authority (in case of authorization) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
