Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 20% (shareholders are entitled to receive 2 new shares for every 10 shares they own)
- Rounding principle, Handling of Fractional Shares (if any): The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded to the whole number and according to the rounding down principle. The fractional decimal shares arising (if any) will be cancelled.
Example: A shareholder owns 189 shares, the number of shares to be paid as dividends is estimated to be: 189 x 20% = 37.8 shares. The number of shares the shareholder will actually receive is 37 shares; 0.8 odd shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at the Office of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company, address: 66 Nguyen Du, Nguyen Du Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City on working days.  ID cards/Passports, share certificates have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
