Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a) Final payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 23/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance and Accouting Department of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company from 23/7/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
b) Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 20% (Shareholders are entitled to receive 20 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 133 shares is entitled to receive 150 x 20% = 26.6 new shares. According to the principle of handling fractional share, shareholder will receive 26 new shares, the 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, no.46-48, Nguyen Cong Binh, Trung An commune, My Tho city, Tien Giang. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
