Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 20:3 (shareholders are entitled to receive 3 new shares for every 20 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares will be removed
For example: on record date, shareholder A owns 136 shares,  he shall be entitled to 20 shares (calculated by the formula: (136*15% = 20,4 shares). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 20 new shares and the 0.4 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders carry out procedures to receive dividends in shares at the headquarters of Kien Hung Joint Stock Company - Lot B4 - B5, Road No. 1, Thanh Loc Industrial Park, Thanh Loc Commune, Chau Thanh District, Kien Giang Province (on working days of the week) ID cards and passbooks have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
