Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Second (Residual) Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 25%/share (2,500 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 10/07/2025.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at DONG NAI PORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, 1B-D3 Binh Duong Quarter, Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province on working days from 10/07/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share Issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Payment rate: 2:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for each share they own)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of additional shares issued to each shareholder will be rounded down to the whole number according to the rounding down principle. The fractional shares (decimal parts) (if any) will be removed.
For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 169 shares is entitled to receive 84.5 shares ((169/2) * 1 = 84.5). According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 84 new shares. The decimal number of 0.5 shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at DONG NAI PORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, 1B-D3 Binh Duong Quarter, Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province on working days. ID cards/passports, passbooks have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
