Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 501 shares, then with the issuance rate of 10%, the number of additional shares issued to shareholder A is (501*10/100=50.1 shares). According to the above rounding principle, the number of new shares that shareholder A receives is 50 shares, the fractional number of shares (0.1 share) will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the headquarters of Cotana Group Joint Stock Company, address: Lot CC5A, Linh Dam Peninsula, Hoang Liet Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi (on weekdays). ID cards have to be presented.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
