Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 50:3 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 3 new shares for every 50 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 6,868 shares is entitled to receive 6,868 x 6% = 412.08 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 412 new shares,  the 0.08 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Company's head office, 62/6 Khuc Thua Du, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi on working days. Legal identity papers of individuals/institutions have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
