- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ Principle of rounding: The number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number to ensure that the total number of shares distributed not exceeding the total number of shares issued.
+ Principle for handling fractional shares, principle for handling shares that are not fully purchased: In case shareholders and/or transferees does not purchase and/or does not purchase all the shares offered and has subscribed but does not pay for the shares within the time limit prescribed by the Board of Directors of BAC A BANK and the fractional shares arises due to the rounding down principle (the number of shares not yet distributed), the Board of Directors has the right to offer these undistributed shares to other shareholders or to new investors decided by the Board of Directors (BOD), ensuring compliance with the provisions of prevailing laws on conditions, procedures and limits on ownership of shares in the Bank, ensuring that offering conditions, rights and obligations of investors are not more favorable than that offered to existing shareholders. The offering price to other shareholders or new investors is not lower than that offered to existing shareholders (VND 10,000/share).
+ Handling fractional rights and offering of equivalent fractional share in the same issuance will be decided by the BOD
+ In case of issuance to other shareholders or other investors but still not distributing all the expected issued shares, the charter capital will be increased according to the actual number of issued shares.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 1,234 shares on the  record date will be entitled to buy an additional number of new shares of 1,234*10%=123.4 shares. Accordingly, shareholder A will have the right to buy 123 shares. The fractional rights, equivalent to 0.4 fractional shares due to rounding right down to the whole number will be decided by the BOD.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time for transfer of right issue: From 18/07/2025 to 11/08/2025
+ Purchase rights can be transferred once, the transferee cannot transfer purchase rights to a third party.
- Regulations on purchased securities:
+ Time for subscription and payment: From 18/07/2025 to 18/08/2025
+ Purchased securities are freely transferable (Shares offered to existing shareholders are not subject to transfer restriction)
Fractional shares and shares that shareholders and/or transferees of purchase rights do not fully purchase and are offered to other shareholders or new investors will be restricted from transfer for 1 year from the end of the offering.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at the BOD of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Level 6, Opera Business Center building, no.60 Ly Thai To, Trang Tien ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi on working days. Valid ID card/passports have to be presented.
