Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 10:3 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 3 new shares for every 10 shares that they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: On the record date to exercise the right to receive stock dividends, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 589 shares. At that time, shareholder A will receive the number of newly issued shares to pay dividends corresponding to (589 : 10) x 3 = 176.7 shares, rounded down to 176 shares. The fractional shares of 0.7 shares will be canceled.
 - Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend atthe Headquarters of  Vip Greenport Joint Stock Company in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City. ID cards/business registration certificate/other documents containing information identifying the securities owner as prescribed or a legal Power of Attorney (in case of authorization to receive the Certificate of Share Ownership).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
