- Payment rate: 100:15 (Shareholders are entitled to 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date to receive dividends, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 22 shares. The number of stock dividends that Mr. Nguyen Van A receives is calculated according to the ratio of shares issued to pay dividends: 22 x 15% = 3.3 shares. After rounding, the number of shares that Mr. Nguyen Van A receives is 3 shares and the odd 0.3 shares will be removed.
- Payment place:

+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive stock dividends (Share ownership book/certificate) at the Head Office of DABACO Group, No. 35 Ly Thai To Street, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province (presently No. 35 Ly Thai To Street, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh Province) and present their citizen identification card/identification card.. ID cards have to be presented
