Combination of fixed interest rate and floating interest rate, specifically as follows: + For the first interest calculation periods: Fixed interest rate 9.4%/year; and for the remaining interest periods: The interest rate is floating and equal to the total of 3%/year and the reference interest rate. In which, "Interest calculation period" means each term lasts 6 consecutive months from the issue date to the maturity date (the date the bond is redeemed before maturity whether voluntary or compulsory).
